After the new champion update of Ryze the champion, I saw that my Zombie Ryze skin is missing. The day before the update, I had the legacy skin, now after the update i do no have it. I don't know if Riot Games have taken it away from me or the update has deleted it from me. If someone can help me get it back or get someone from Riot Games to contact me about the issue, please do. Thank You very much
Just to be certain are you looking at it from just your profile, or did you get into a game and see the skin as locked.
I only ask because i too as well dont have the skins when viewing it from the Profile. But when i made a custom game i can select all the skins i own for Ryze!
Im having the same problem, Yesterday it showed how i had Whitebeard Ryze, uncle, Tribal, professor, Zombie, and pirate ryze, and now i dont have any of those skins, RIOT FIX IT PLEASE!!!
That is true, in a custom i can see all the skins i have but not while viewing ryze in the champion list.. maybe its a glitch?
It's a bug, but it doesn't stop you from seeing/picking the skin in Champion Select. It just doesn't show up correctly on the champion info page right now.
