[GAMEPLAY] Lux's "E" isn't visible.

I met Lux in ranked game, on botlane instead of commonly seen adc. She played with Morgana (Morg was support) on lane. When Lux used her E it appeared only after few seconds showing only the range of circle, all what should've been before wasn't visible. So basically it looked as invisible spell. To understand better, imagine Lux used her E spell and you can't see where it flies, only when you can notice that is when it stopped on place, at where it was cast.
