d3dx9_39.dll error

I recently re-installed windows as my pc was beginning to run sluggishly and was always corrupt. However, when I go to play a game of league, it says that the dxd3 thing is missing and is not installed. Any solutions for this problem? I tried looking but every thread seems to be from 8 yrs ago which is a bit weird tbh.

It's not weird that the threads are 8 years old because d3dx9 belongs to direct X, so I guess anyone who ever hat corrupt Direct X installation would probably get a similar error, or people who just forgot to install direct X.

For me (win 7) this file is in C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and it's sitting there since dec 2011. ( 8 years actually)
