Bugsplat Crash Leads to unfair Riot calling summoner leaver

When my friend got bugsplat booted in a game. She restarted client and came back to finish game. After that game she got a pissy note that said she could not play unless she agrees to not leave a game again.... This was unfair.. If she does not agree she seems to be banned.... Why when it was leagues fault is she being punished for a crime not committed? Please fix this.... A criminal deserves a fair trial.. I never did like those cameras at red lights either.... Her summoner's name is ezegoin . Please fix this ....
