game crashing at the very end

I recently had a game where when my team was about to kill the enemy nexus and the game crashes right before we kill it. to my knowledge the game crashed for the 5 players on my team idk about the enemy team. this crash resulted in the game not counting and never existing, no one won and no one lost. im not sure if this is a bug or one of the player's doing but i thought i would bring this up
