You can exhaust a Cho, but the damage dealt is still the full true damage. Can you not reduce true damage via exhaust? If not, can we update the tooltip of exhaust to clarify this?

lozertuser1 votesStill does not change the fact that the tooltip incorrectly states that damage is reduced by 40%. When I first played it was specific in saying magic and physical is reduced, then they changed it, making me think they buffed it. Clarification on the interface is still needed.
Matthias91191 votesTrue damage cannot be reduced by anything. I don't think you really need to call that out in every tooltip of every ability that reduces incoming or outgoing damage.

That said, Riot needs to do a much better job of explaining their game's mechanics in detail on their website. The Wikia site for the game is good, but it's not official.
