FPS drops after patch 6.10

After i updated my LoL to patch 6.10 i started had a huge fps drop, normally i play around 100 or more not sure and now in laning phase i play with 30-40 and in teamfights 15-20.

I updated my drive ( AMD Radeon 16.5.3) also in same day but i think the problem is LoL because i tried see if some1 had the same problem and nobody had it and i can see now a lot of people had fps drop after 6.10 patch.

Any suggestions for fix my problem?

I have i5 446OS, 8GB memory, Graphics: AMD Rade R7 240 2GB,
