I have problem with starting game

When I try to start game, like normal or ranked or even custom after champion select it wont start game it just said Reconect like when you disconect from game, and when i press it, it does the same and over and over again. I just dont know what to do i tried to reinstall the game and restart my PC many times but nothing. I tryed to run it as administrator too but it wont launch. Btw I have Windows 7. I hope someone can solve this problem for me because i cant play anymore, I would be thankfull to that person.
