Brand ULT Fizzles on Hexdrinker Spell Shield [GAMEPLAY]

Was playing Brand vs Zed, Zed built item 3155 and eventually item 3156 . When Brand's ULT procs the Spellshield, the ULT just fizzles. It appeared to also fizzle when hitting the spell shield when it was already active.

Frequency: Fizzled every single time the ULT was the spell to proc the spell shield. I am not sure if this is designed to happen based on the frequency, but if it is than the tooltip on item 3155 and item 3156 is wrong. I thought it was worth bringing to your attention.

Disclaimer: This was just one game, however I do not remember this ever being an issue in the past, and I've played a lot of Brand

After looking at other posts, I realize the Brand ULT bug is a lot more common than I thought. And it may not have been an interaction with the Spell shield, but rather a problem when Solo target is ablaze, and not jumping to minions. The ULT does not recognize minions as a valid target and the spell fizzles.
