[Client] Champion Select Entry (everything except friends & clubs UI turns black; auto queue dodge)

I started up a bot game on the legacy client and could never see the champion select screen. Everything on my screen was black except for 1) the bar at the top of the client (with the patch # and minimize/close buttons) and 2) the friends & clubs UI.

Before the match I had been thrown back into the queue but I can't recreate this bug from the same series of events.

It would be nice if queue dodging penalties didn't apply for summoners who fail to enter champion select.
