Client Crash

You open League of Legends (with or without Admin doesn't matter). Type in your ID, password, and login. Everything works perfect so far. You then try to Start a game (Rank/Normal/Custom, doesn't matter). You will then continue to pick your character and lock-in. As soon as the Champion Selection window closes, the game loading window opens (all black), however nothing ever appears and you are left with a complete black screen for approximately 15 seconds, until a pop-up window shows up that reads...

I've done everything I've could to fix it. I'm not here to be told how to fix it. I've looked all over the forums and tried every solution that have said. None work. The problem is i got leave busted, didnt say anything and then it worked again. So played my 5 games. Now the problem happened again today and I got leave busted again. This is not fair. I have done nothing wrong and this is a wide spread issue.
