LPQ timer keeps resetting after 5 minutes

I recently got a LPQ ban for having connectivity issues (disconnected from game) and received a 20-minute ban. I've played 4 of them and wanted to play the 5th to clear the board.

but during the queue timer, it goes counts down 5 10 minutes then resets to 20 while the 'time in queue' clock stays the same (the clock above your friends list) it goes on forever and leaving or restarting the client doesn't help.

i've seen other people with this problem and the answer replies are always "oh your connection is bad so the clock thinks you disconnected" i know this isnt true because im connected to an ethernet cable and my internet service is fine.

can someone help me with this, the bug has been going on forever and i want to finish my ban
