I'm pretty sure that soulstealer vayne was dropped in patch 6.13 and even though I have enough gemstones it isn't listing the option to craft. I have taken but I have 13 gemstones and own vayne? Was the skin not dropped this patch?
GaleWinUnleashed1 votesIt may not quite be in the system yet. The assets were definitely in the patch, but it may take a bit to switch it on in the Hextech system. Each new champion so far has taken a bit of time to become available via crafting, so it's probably the same with skins.
Sukishoo1 votesIt may not have been enabled yet, just like other skins they aren't always released right when the patch is out.
