[GAMEPLAY] Bug report PBE Zyra's passive unkillable and aggros enemy minions

In varrious Youtube Videos about the upcoming mage reworks i have noticed that zyras buds are targetable and attackable before they sprout. in this form the buds don't seem to have a healthbar but can be attacked by minions and will eventually freeze the lane. I assume this might be unintended as it results in a clear advantage for zyra in the laning phase during backs.
