Logging onto chat services FOREVER it's 2 days i can't play with friends, so I simply don't play... I am on smite until/if it get fixed.

Can you check if you have akamai installed on the system ? I uninstalled it (it delivers caching reroutes to the akamai cloud service) and that fixed it.
press your windows key + R at the same time, type in services.msc then look for IP helper, shut this one down, then go to the launch screen of lol, to the cog in the top right and remove the X on peer to peer transfer. This worked for me and a friend.
