Cannot use the client, get into lobbies, or get into games

I disabled my firewall, repaired the client, checked my internet connection, changed my DNS settings, ran league in admin, etc...

I can't get into games, and when I try to cancel the lobby the connect button grays out and the timer stops. If the lobby does pop I can't click the accept button half the time, but if I do click the accept button it doesn't take me to champ select every time. Then, if by some miracle I get to champ select I cannot change my masteries, or runes; cannot select my champion; and cannot select summoner spells. Eventually, when it becomes my turn to pick a champ either it lets me or it doesn't. Once it put me into the game but then the client refused to let me log in saying I wasn't online so I got leaverbuster.

For everything else it's VERY laggy. If I go to my profile nothing will show up and then I'll get a connection error.

This bug is preventing me from playing the game whatsoever and Riot hasn't released any information. I'm not mad, I just would like to know if Riot knows about this issue and if there's anything we can do ourselves to fix it or if we need to wait for them to fix it if they can.
