Mordekaiser's R is bugged again

Whenever I use Morde's R my Q stops working for the entire 7 seconds. The visual animation still happens but it's as if its going through the enemy, with no sound and no damage. D and F also stop working so I can't ignite or exhaust, and the enemy yasuo said his spells stopped working whilst my R was active. My R has basically become useless and ends up with me dying every single time because Morde relies so heavily on his Q for damage.
