pyke skins ... and abilities while im here

lets start with the skin thing, im not sure if it is a bug or not but all of the chromas for pykes sand wraith skin have bandages all over him except the very far right one when you go to chose which one you want... like i said idk if it is supposed to be that way or not but the rest of them have the bandages...

the abilities i was talking about were his E and Q his Q is lagging when i go to throw it out ill release q and itll wait up to an additional second before it throws, messing up all my timing.... and his E doesnt deal dmg to minions when the shadow goes to catch back up to you.
