ult bug

so when i was playing master yi i was fighting someonein the jungle but at the end when he killed me i ulted when i respwanedmy ult wasnt on cooldown its was ready when i click it doesnt work after like 80 seconds i clicked it and it worked after that game i played graves and the same thing happend in the same situation
