[CRASH] 9.10+ "Application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware" Windows 10

At least once a day, roughly 1/5 games, my game bug splats. The error message I receive from Windows is, "Application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware". I started experiencing this bugsplat on patch 9.10. I have an up-to-date graphics card and drivers. It happened enough, that I did a full restore on my computer, yet, I still have encountered this bug. I am not sure if my graphics card is the issue or not.

Specs: -WIndows 10 64-bit(10.0, build 17763) -MSI MS-7850 -i7-4790K CPU @4.00 ghz ~4.0GHz -16gb ram -NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970

I have not figured out if there is a pattern to the crashes, and am not able to reproduce the crash on command. Any help would be appreciated.
