Corki Gattling Gun Sound Always On [GAMEPLAY]

I was playing a game of Black Market Brawlers and there was Corki on the enemy team. Once he used his gattling gun ability (E) I, and other people in my team, would hear the sound of that ability whenever Corki was on my screen (after his ability had run out of its duration). This sound effect would only go away if Corki was killed (him disappearing into fog of war only stopped the sound until he was back in vision). However, once he is killed and he uses his gattling gun ability again, the sound comes back.

I found this to be a huge issue and affected my gameplay quite significantly as It would not allow me to concentrate properly on the game.

How the bug gets reproduced:

1. Have a Corki on the enemy team
2. The enemy Corki uses Gattling Gun
3. Kill enemy Corki to get rid of sound
4. The enemy Corki uses Gattling Gun
