Tiamat and its Builds Passive being proc'd on Wards?
I dunno if this is a bug cause I don't remember it, but it seems that Tiamat passive is being proc'd upon hitting wards.

it doesnt matter if tiamat passive is being proced on a ward as the passive does not have a cooldown
It does work on wards if im not mistaken thats not a bug
