[CRASH] Game Loads, But Doesn't Come Off Champ Loading Screen

So here's a new thing I experienced today. I was waiting for a ranked match to load. As I did, I was also alt-tabbed out of the client and browsing looking through my Twitter while I waited for the game to load. After a moment, I heard the game sounds and moved back to the game, but it was stuck on the champ loading screen. I heard music, though no sound and I couldn't alt-tab out of it to close it down and restart.

Here's the messed up thing, the client seemed to believe I was connected when I was not and didn't give my team the option of a remake. While I rebooted my PC, it had treated my team as if I was there, yet still gave me a leaver penalty following the game. I've had the client crash on me before, but I've never seen it treat my connection as if I were still in the game and force my team to play through without the option of a remake.
