Bug on my promos

SO i was in promos to b1 and i had 1 defeat and 1 victory, in my third game i failed to pick because i was getting some food (my bad). After that i went to my profile to check if it had count has a loss and it didnt, i was still in promos so i played my next ranked game and won and a message appeared idk if it was the message sayng i won the promos or not cause i didnt read it. But after that on my profile said i was in promos to b1 with 0 win and 0 losses. i thought it had to update but after a week it was still like that, so i made a game to see what was my rank. I won it and it count as a win to my b1 promos, and i was like "wait if i failed my last promos shouldn't i get the free win after loosing the promos? so wy dont i have it?". Basically i should b1 with around 20 lp or b1 after winning promos not with 1 win. Why after winning the promos once i was still in promos? Or maybe the fail pick counted as loss but if that happened shouldn't i get 1 free win as i re-enter promos?
