installer won't work

When I recently switched computers and tried to install League of legends I got an error file structure not found code (-0.10 (and some more i don't remember)) and it would refuse to run. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. disabling firewalls and other such things and running as administrator. (and a combination of all the above) please help this is frustrating.
