Banning in Ranked match

i'm just entering a game as i write this down... The banning process goes on until they banned the third champion and all of the sudden the countdown timer of banning stays at there side and counts down while i'm waiting to ban 3rd champion somehow it skipped my team 3rd ban :? Maybe this is a bug ?
