Bug On Fizz

While playing in Ranked i noticed Fizz's [ E ] was not letting me use it but i thought it was because i was being stunned but in a combination of being stunned and spamming [ E ] and Zhonyahs it made the Icon for [ E ] look like it was on CD but it wasn't. It wouldn't let you press it at all. To undo the bug you Have to use your [ Q ] and it will release the bug. Still while in the middle of a team fight if you cant use your [ E ] to get away and to avoid further damage is crucial in winning team fights and part of the kit we all love and hate for on fizz.

I have not made the attempt to recreate this Bug at the time. Only happened a few time in that match
