This bug has been about for a while now, and there isn't a solution other than praying you can time the cursor just right. Riot have a tendency to not give enough attention about bugs, but if anyone else has a solution please let me know.

CatCeremony1 votesYou can play the game if you push esc, but you can't select a char. This is 18 days old so not sure if you found this out or not yet.
