Aurelion Sol - Can't see stars - [GAMEPLAY]

At the beginning of the game, coming into lane, cannot see Aurelion Sol's stars. Instead, there is a feint circle around him with nothing else. I put a puush picture in the post showing what it looks like. Almost lost me lane because instead of being able to weave in and out according to stars movements I couldn't see anything. The bug seemed to fix itself about 10 minutes into the game when he appeared top lane. NOT when he recalled and came back middle. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
