[GAMEPLAY] Rammus Bot bug

Rammus bot does not move when he starts rolling, noticed it in an intermediate co-op vs ai match, happened more than once, went into another game and that happened to have rammus bot and he didnt move when rolling either

Also noticed this bug today. Please fix! Can't have those bots even easier to kill.

Additional useful detail: When the AI decides to run away, it immediately does. So Rammusbot can move he just doesn't unless it's to run away.
