Ziggs visual bug (pool party skin)

I just played a game in ranked flex against a ziggs with pool party skin. Me and my friends could not see the animation of his skills, like bouncing bombs and hexplosive minefield. We only see the shadow of the bombs and minefield in game. Anyone witness this problem?

Can this get more attention please? Just played against this bug and it makes it nearly impossible to lane.
