My game freeze while playing

lately when i play a game of league the game freeze with an error noise and i can't do anything until remove it from task manager and reconnect again . pls help i cant play ranked or just normal games like this do i realy have to reinstall the whole game ? it's gonna take me a long time to do so.

now i got banned for 20 min for 5 games because of that :(
