GAMEPLAY does stop recall

first off sorry for bad quality im not a youtuber or anything like that. 2. as the description says i was playing a game when noc tried to stop me from backing and even though it clearly landed it did not stop me. it seems to happen anytime i start backing and he simply Q's i have not tried it with other champs or any other game.
