I am a player on EUW and the new crafting system came out.
Me and my friends play a lot in a party and we got toghter 4x an S or an S-. (i got 1 to)
The problem is that evrybody got a chets or a key fragement and i got 4x nothing.
How is this possible?

Have you been punished in the last few months? You may be ineligible for Hextech loot, but it should give you a message about it.
Have you ever received a chest? If no - you're probably still restricted. If yes - you've likely already received your maximum chests to date, or you've already received one for the champ that got an S this season.
