Sion Interactions with Tiamat/Hydra

1. Sion has no animation when he activates Tiamat/Hydra (most other champions will do a basic attack animation)
2. If you use the active effect (Cresent) and then immediately start the Q (Decimating Smash), no animation will go off until you reactivate the ability (the charge up area is shown but no animation is present).

Both of these 'bugs' have been around for a while and I think that maybe someone should fix them.
