not able to connect to games

Around when patch 4.18 came out i haven't been able to connect to games, my cursor will switch to loading then i will get the prompt saying something about firewall, which doesn't make sense cause i disabled firewall and defender, and sometimes i will disconnect from my wifi during loading for no reason. once patch 4.19 came out it stopped for a while then started happening again.

After i got banned for the dc games, i sent in a support ticket and went through the regular stuff with sending in info about my computer and they gave me a list of things to do to which i did everything included in it but nothing fixed it so far.

Is anyone else having this problem?????
