promotions

i won 4 out of 5 bronze 1 promos without getting promoted to silver 5, won 3 in a row which should have promoted me, then tried playing a 4th which i lost, instead of 3 wins and 1 defeat it only counted 2 wins and 1 defeat, i went on to play a 5th match which i also won but it's still not counted, seems like after my 2 wins it't only counting defeats and not wins, currently it's 2 wins and 1 defeat ( while it's actually 4 wins and 1 defeat) i'd play again but i'm sure it'll still be the same, i've also relogged a few times which didn't help
