Screen lock

SCREEN LOCK!!!! at minute 20 my borders of the screen became RED and i could not freely move the screen, only with Y. We lost the match only because of me. If this is a bug please fix it! If its not please tell me how can i fix it! !!!!!!! AGAIN, RED BORDERS AND I COULD NOT MOVE IT AT ALL!!!!!!
