GHOST GAME?? MY GAME DISAPPEARED?

Okay, so I was playing a game. We were about 10 minutes in and I started to "Attempt to reconnect" so I was like fuck it, I'm going to restart the game. I go to exit the game and when I do, it brings me back to the homepage of League of Legends as if I never started the game at all. It doesn't give me an option to go back into the game. The game is not in my match history, nor did I lose LP for it. The players I played with aren't in my Recently played either so I'm not sure what happened. Has this happened to anyone else? Will I get reported for it? Anyone have answers?
