Vi dash PERMANENTLY DISABLED.

My team contained Vi (me), Brand, Sivir, Morgona, and Gnar. The enemy team was made up by Blitzcrank, Ashe, Rengar, Fiddlesticks, and Katarina. Like i said at around 27 minutes something involving me and blitz disabled my dash for the rest of the game, which went on for about 20 more minutes. (don't quote me, I'm not sure that blitz caused the bug) I was able to type q in chat but when trying to use the ability (Vi's vault breaker) the click sound was made but no ability usage. I was handicapped for the rest of the game. Please fix this.
