Riot, why is the 4800 IP champion not purchasable with my ~5000 IP?

You probably don't have 5060 IP and its just a display error saying you do. Or the shop is bugged. I know sometimes I make a purchase and the client will show the value I had before I made it rather than after. Then I trick myself and try to buy something only to find out I don't have enough.
