Not recieving IP

My friends and I were just playing and they realized they weren't actually receiving the IP at the end of the games. Is this their imagination? Or is there something buggy going on?

Get them to check their match history, It will tell you the ip/xp earned for each of the games they have played.

Also If a game does not last long enough you get no IP If a custom game is imbalanced with human players (1v0 1v2 3v4 etc) there are no rewards If i remember correctly after a certain amount of time for co-op vs AI / custom games subsequent games give no IP ( i believe its like after 2-3 hours of playing bots, then no subsequent bot games will give rewards on that day)
