Masteries are hidden in back of little champion avatars

in champions like there is a champion avatars above the item set in interface it hide the Masteries cooldown like "greenfather's gift" i guess i discovered this bug and i need to LoL to stay one of the best game in the world.

It's kind of a bug. You're supposed to set your mark before you start a battle. If you set it, it goes away, or when you start fighting it goes away, so you'll be able to see the masteries.
