Vel'Koz Ult Bug

In middle of a team fight Used my ult and somehow it got glitched for the rest of the game.

I would've left the game and reconnected if it wasn't so crucial at the time. Practically the entire game I was without an ult although It was up.

I tried unbinding the keys and rebinding but nothing really worked.

That glitch cost us the game basically.

Hopefully you can fix this yet i'm sure you guys are plenty busy regardless.
