Loot And Crafting bug- No Box or Key Fragment when S is gotten

I got S/S- a couple times in the past week or two. The first time I got S- and didn't get a box or fragment. I kept not getting fragments. At first I didn't really notice it but today, I was playing with my brother and I got S. He got a box and I looked and I didn't get one. Bug? or just luck?

You can only get 4 boxes a month You can only get 1 box per champion per season Keys are not given out for getting an S, they are given out at random for winning

I also just played a game where two of my teammates got an S, and I did not receive a box. I have four boxes available for unlocking and have not earned a box on this champ. Wha???
