Sound issues for end game

How loud is extremely loud? Typically it is meant to be pretty loud..

Anyone else’s sound completely messed up after this patch? I have been playing on almost 100% mute because every sound sub category is static or laggy. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Audio drives up to date. Nothing is working. Sound for rest of computer activity is working. Only league is all jammed up. Can’t figure it out. Please help, I can’t play with no sound.

Also having the same problem. Haven't noticed any other sounds except Nexus explosion, but it's much much louder than it was.
