Installing Problem

I have uninstalled becuz of Update problem , It's stucked at " 1 item scanned" for 20 min. When I reinstall this game, Voila ! It stuck at LoL icon and wont start. I tried for reinstall again but the same for 20 times. FIX THIS PROBLEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry for my eng
