Client Bug

1. I am using a Mac public release version 5.9. I am stuck on the load screen unable to load the game. I have tried restarting the client multiple times and I an stuck between 25% and 33%.
2. after multiple attempts, I was able to load the game completely twice but the whole game is frozen. I am unable to move my character or type in chat.

I know this has happened to multiple people in last week and it results in games where 3 of the 5 players on a team are afk. Please look into this as this makes it impossible to play or enjoy the game.
