Major bug with Wooglet's Witchcap

I was playing a 3v3 game with some friends and we found that when you buy Wooglet's Witchcap, at the description of the item: Increases Ability power by 25%. instead of showing the appropriate bonus AP, it gives the text as: Increases Ability power by 25% (0), either if you buy or sell the other AP items, the bonus still remains at 0. This is very disappointing for players who use this item. Please fix the following item.. ->
