Calculating Differences
So I updated to patch 4.17 when it can out but know when I launch League it says calculating differences and is at 33%, it just starts at 33%, and I am stuck calculating differences even though a new patch is not out.

Having same issue. There's one thread that's up with a Rioter comment, and a bunch of people have submitted help tickets, so I believe this problem is already known to them.
